Tax advice

The safety of our Clients is a particularly important aspect in this area. Therefore, execution of each project is preceded by a detailed analysis carried out by our staff and by local and foreign experts cooperating with us.

Our regular tax advisory services include:

  • ongoing consultations in our office or at the Client’s premises, providing advice by telephone and e-mail.
  • preparing written tax opinions.
  • carrying out tax analyses of documents submitted to us, and
  • representing the Client before tax authorities.

Transfer pricing

Tax documentation is a formal and legal requirement imposed by tax legislation and includes the preparation of a document in which the transaction or sum of transactions subject to the documentation requirement is to be described on the basis of a precisely defined range of information.

Related party transactions are an area which is increasingly subject to control by the tax authorities. If they are not properly planned, they may result in the obligation to pay tax at the rate of 50%, in the absence of tax documentation for such transactions.

Our tax advice services include:

  • preparing comprehensive tax documentation in accordance with the guidelines of tax laws and regulations.
  • planning transactions with a view to ensuring tax security.
  • auditing the Client’s business activity in order to identify and define risk areas, related primarily to the adopted method and amount of transactional remuneration and to propose actions to mitigate the identified risks.

Tax audits

Tax audits, the scope of which we agree individually with the Client, are an effective form of tax advice resulting directly in lower financial costs. They offer two types of tax savings:

  • savings (in the form of no “top-ups” or tax sanctions) generated by the elimination or rectification of identified irregularities.
  • savings generated by the implementation of the new solutions proposed by us.
