We provide our services both in our offices in Poznań, Warsaw, and Krakow, as well as at our Clients' company headquarters.

We build external teams by assigning our employees to our Clients' company headquarters. We also provide oversight and management services for finance, accounting, and HR departments.

We work with most of the financial and accounting and HR systems available on the market, including, but not limited to: SAP, Symfonia, Comarch ERP Optima, Comarch ERP XL, Streamsoft, enova365.

We support payroll and HR processes with the E-pracownik system, which enables employees to access self-service for HR and payroll matters.

It allows remote access to key documents, such as: payslips, leave information, and schedules, as well as submitting leave requests and others. It is a tool that facilitates communication between the employee and the company, streamlines the work of the HR department, and is available 24/7 from various devices.

Additionally, we offer our clients electronic document management systems (DMS), such as V-Desk, Saldeosmart, or Ferryt Digital Office, which integrate with the National e-Invoicing System.

Can I change accounting firms mid-tax year?

We help you safely transfer your accounting at any time of the year. We handle document handover, make corrections, and ensure the process is seamless and compliant with regulations.

Do you also handle HR and payroll?

We provide full outsourcing of HR and payroll services: we prepare payrolls, settle ZUS and taxes, manage personnel files, and prepare PIT declarations for employees. We can completely replace the HR department in your company.

How long does an HR and payroll service implementation take?

Usually from a few weeks to 2-3 months depending on the number of employees and the complexity of payroll. We conduct the entire process so as not to disrupt the company's operations.

Do you represent clients before government agencies?

As part of our services, we represent our Clients before tax offices and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). We file declarations, respond to summons, and ensure the proper course of proceedings.

How much do accounting and HR services cost?

The price depends on many parameters that we ask about in the survey, e.g., the number of documents, the form of business, and the scope of services. We prepare an individual quote each time – transparent and tailored to the Client's needs.

How do you ensure data security?
