The accounting process at ATF Accounting has been designed to be transparent and organized.
Thanks to the processes described in our Client On and Off boarding procedure, among others, our team members know perfectly well what principles and standards to follow with Clients, and Clients are fully aware of what is happening at every stage of cooperation. This approach ensures full legal and formal security, transparency, and predictability of mutual reactions.
Financial and Structural Analysis of the Client
- Initial consultation and business needs analysis.
- Sending an information survey along with NDA and GDPR agreements, enabling us to understand the scale of operations, organizational structure, systems used by the Client, and expectations regarding reporting and service.
Preparation and implementation of cooperation
- Development of an individual scope of services and a communication and data exchange model.
- Verification in accordance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.
- Negotiation and signing of the agreement.
- Establish a schedule for submitting documents and reports.
- System implementation – tool configuration (OCR, workflow, E-employee, IT integrations).
- Client training on the use of provided tools.
Current service and communication
- Bookkeeping (including for family foundations and companies taxed under Estonian CIT).
- Preparation of tax returns and JPK files.
- VAT and income tax settlements.
- Continuous contact with a dedicated client manager and ongoing substantive support.
